Meet Your Summer Kitchen Hero: The Ninja MC2001 Possible Cooker Pro Plus Multicooker
My Kitchen Hero - Ninja MC2001 PossibleCooker PRO Plus
I wasn’t planning to upgrade my kitchen—I just needed to replace my broken crock pot.
But then I spotted the Ninja MC2001 PossibleCooker PRO Plus Multicooker on sale in one of those big box stores. It was about $25 more than the basic Crock-Pot I came in for… and I almost walked right past it.
I’m so glad I didn’t. I’ve personally put this cooker to work using the Slow Cook, Sear/Sauté, Proof, Sous Vide, and Keep Warm settings—and it’s quickly become one of the most versatile appliances in my kitchen.
One thing to note—this cooker has a built-in timer that maxes out at 24 hours. For most people, that’s more than enough… but I like to sous vide longer cuts like brisket for 36–48 hours to really break it down and get that melt-in-your-mouth texture.
I just cooked a brisket this past week that we are eating at Sunday dinner this week.
